5th Petanque Tournament - 21 May 2011

The 5th Petanque Tournament, held on May 21, 2011 at the Nomad Sports Club in Merville, Parañaque, was again a big success. All 26 teams had fun playing in the sun. Grand champions were the Les Maladroits team composed of Tanguy Le Guen, Alexandre Puyfouilloux and Rachel Villanueva, the first runner up is the Team Les Bronzes from Energy Premiere composed of Sebastien Carroza, son Julien Carroza and Betrand Collin while the 2nd runner up is The Team Pudgy Tarsiers composed of Loic Toullec, Geoffroy De Boissieu and Marg Tiangco. The Best Effort award was won by M & M's, composed of Etienne Medard, Valentin Medard and Cesar Meric. The Great Attempt Award was won by Team Iskos composed of Michelle Caliva, Chris Corpus and Cathy Santiago. The Nice Try award is won by Belle Corp. For the raffle prizes, Michelle Caliva, Grip Bueta, Jean Yves Brelwer and Gail Alzona took the GCs from Café Mediterraniean while Edouard George and Cecille Sampayan took the Zen Institute GCs. Ms Ruby Aningalan and Vladimir Guz took the GCs from Shroff Travel while Vangie Montalvo took GCs from Friday's Boracay. Angela Hulme won the Jewelmer Pearl pendant and the Grand Raffle from ETIHAD won by Pierre Coupard.

Tennis Tournament @ Olivares Sports Center, Sept. 18, 2010

The Tennis Tournament for this year was held at Olivares Sports Center last September 18, 2010. All 32 players had fun playing the game. The champion for this game is the "Mousquetaires", composed of father and son tandem by Mr. Thierry and Romain Lepoutre. The runner up is the " Les Volfonis" of Energy Premier, with players of Mr. Sebastien Carroza and Richard Delamarre. The great effort is "Anxa group", with players of Mr. Christoph Boutain and Thomas Poulain. While the best effort is "Charmers" of Energy Premier with players of Gerald Egasse and Ruby Alingalan. Mr. Frank Cancelloni of Lacoste gave shirts for the winner and same with Cafe Mediterranean and AGS Four winds.

The 4th Petanque Tournament, held on May 29, 2010 at the Nomad Sports Club in Merville, Parañaque, was again a big success. All 32 teams had fun playing in the sun. Grand champions were the Laagan team from Liquigaz, with the Pointers team from Energy Premiere coming in as first runner-up. The Best Attempt award was won by Panda team, composed of players from Sophie Martin, Systra Phil, and 1st Metro Investment Corp. The Great Effort Award was won by Team Magetti Inc., represented by players from Jewelmer, Techni Data, and Thunderbird. For the raffle prizes, Ruby Alingalan from Energy Premiere took the dinner/lunch buffet gift certificate for 2 at the Spiral courtesy of Sofitel Phil. Plaza. Johanna Beck of The French School won a pair of shades from Rudy Project. Mr. Roberto Hukom, Country Manager of Etihad Airways, was present to award the roundtrip ticket to Paris to the grand winner, Mr. Martial Beck, also from The French School
