Designation : Operations Manager
Reports to : General Manager
Unit supervised : Promotion Officers, branch Officers, Branch staff,

Responsible for the quantitative and qualitative results of the network
Improve and maintain quality, accuracy and timeliness within the Operations Department
Supervise sales and marketing teams; guide the team towards meeting and exceeding established goals and objectives
Monitor and manage the overall operations of the network in line with the network policies
Ensure implementation of the field operating procedures and audit recommendations
Ensure respect of the by-laws and articles of cooperation
Pay regular visits to the branches for commercial coaching; as an exemplary sales person, take part of commercial actions
Control and develop the staff knowledge on products/services and the way they interact with the members
Support the team in decision-making and problem-solving
Ensure smooth cooperation between elected officers and field staff
Ensure and develop positive relationships with the members
Ensure and develop positive official/institutional/public relations of the company
Lead, motivate, supervise, initiate activities and provide support to the field staff
Recruit and evaluate the field staff, identify training needs
Provide occasional training to the field staff and to the officers
Ensure positive relationships in the teams
Decide on the leave requests, monitor the absences and tardiness
When necessary, implement sanctions in coordination with HR manager
Make proposals for the reorganization of the human resources within the network in order to optimize the operations
In collaboration with his promotion officers team,
Conduct all the necessary actions to achieve the monthly targets
Consolidate and analyze the operating reports and all other reports needed
Promote the company’s philosophy - mutualism
Identify business opportunities, develop partnerships and refer prospects to the branches
Provide support to the branch officers in their commercial actions
Make proposals for development and implementation of commercial strategies and communication plans
Develop marketing materials and tools
Facilitate regular commercial teams meetings
Assess the impact of existing products/services and propose adaptations
Assess the need for, design and implement new products and services
Make proposals for the development of the network
Assist credit officer and General Manager in risks management and credit policies
At least 3 years experience in Sales and/or operations management
Graduate of Business Management or any sales/marketing/business related course
Strong written and oral communication, presentation, and time management skills
Highly self motivated, he/she can be an autonomous executive
Can accept extensive working hours
Ability to propose and develop effective strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and ability to use authority
Integrity
Analytic skills, ability to make decisions
Autonomy
Excellent command of English written and spoken
Mobility (at least 60% of the work time on the field all around Cavite Province for the time being but area of business can be extended)

We are recruiting English teachers to teach adults by internet. Lessons are delivered from our office in Libis, QC, to students who are based in France (pharmaceutical, telecommunications, banking and finance, energy, insurance, automotive, etc.).
We offer a minimum annual guarantee of 840 teaching hours per year; hourly gross pay is 400 php.
